Overall, I liked this film a lot more than I anticipated I would - engaging, unique and an instant cult film classic. 'The Hunt' grows on you mostly due to Gilpin's performance, but the screenplay, direction and editing deserves credit as well. Be advised, this film is WAY too violent, gory, and inappropriate for children. Just the opposite in fact, as most everything goes over the top which is at the core of the satire/humor.
